Jesus said to “Go into all the world and make disciples.”  CBU has been internationally active in God's mission since its inception, through mission trips, church planting, and strategic partnerships, we work to advance God's gospel around the world.

Ukraine

In 1990, God opened a strategic door into Ukraine (when it was still in the Soviet Union), and we responded with teams, evangelism, and leadership.  Tom continues to work with 8 churches in western Ukraine - still growing, still thriving, and still preaching the gospel.  For example, see our churches in L'viv and Ternopil. 

Scotland

After spending several years planting churches in Ukraine, God met Tom in his office in L'viv and started speaking to him about Scotland.  In 2005 he moved his portable sorority (one wife and six daughters) to Scotland and planted Centrepoint Church with congregations in Edinbugh and Bathgate.

The gospel need in Europe is immense.  The spiritual climate across the continent can be summarised as secular, post-Christian, and materialist. The result in people's lives goes like this:  people don't believe in God, they don't like the Church, and they think Christians are wierd. CECP was established to assist missionaries and church planters in gospel-effective ministry.

Momentum Missions

We help people fulfill the great commission through our partnership with Momentum Missions.  With a focus on Europe, Momentum Missions is helping moblize labourers into God's harvest.
