Christian Believers United Prayer Requests
We ask your continued prayers for the Scotland project and all those families and other individuals involved at the European Centre for Church Planting. Please uphold them in prayer. May all have God's wisdom and sensitive ears to hear His plan for just how this vision is to be accomplished. May all financial needs be met. Pray that the seeds being planted may bear much fruit.
More churches are beginning to seek knowledge of their Judeo-Christian heritage. This year the Feast of Tabernacles Conference is being held in Macon, Georgia September 29 - October 1 at the Macon Civic Auditorium and the following weekend (October 6 - 8) at Lifeway Conference Center in Ridgecrest, North Carolina. Pray for wisdom in preparing for these conferences. Our desire is that God will be glorified and many more Christians learn about the roots of their Christian faith.
The final English language Women of the Word conference is in Albany, New York on October 27 - 29 with the theme "The Harvest Is Here!" Please be in prayer for all these conferences that all details may go smoothly and God will be glorified in the life of each attendee.
A Hispanic Women of the Word conference will be held in San Diego, California on November 3 - 5. Our prayer is that many of our sisters in the Lord will be touched by Him and grow in intimacy with Him.
The Annual CBU conference will be held at the place where its birth occured 31 years ago in Montreat, North Carolina. Many are looking forward to coming back to where it all started. We ask your prayers for each of the speakers: John & Carol Arnott from Toronto, Bob Mumford (one of the original speakers), Peter Lord and Jack Taylor as well as for each of the attendees. May the power of the Holy Spirit fill the auditorium as the praises of His people rise in thanksgiving for the myriad of blessings He has poured into the lives of His people throughout the past 31 years.
